| Buyers may rent information forconfidential use by the Buyer within one year from the date of rental to the Buyer. Except with written consent, the Buyer shall not: |

2. Use or permit the use of the information to prepare any comparison to other information data bases, which is sold, rented, published, furnished or in any manner provided to a third party.
3. Use or permit the use of the information in connection with individual credit, employment or insurance applications.
4. Re-rent the information or otherwise permit any use of the information by or for the benefit of any party other than Buyer.
5. Publish, distribute or permit disclosure of the information, other than to employees and agents of the Buyer for internal use in the Buyer's business.
6. Use or permit the use of the information to intentionally inflict harm,
embarrass, harass, or otherwise attempt or in actuality ridicule any person
listed in Male Enhancement Leads list(s) including, but not limited to, exposing name(s),
address(es), telephone number(s), or any other information regarding any lead
provided from Male Enhancement Leads' list(s).
7. Use or permit use of the information for the purpose of compiling, enhancing, verifying, supplementing, adding to, or deleting from any
Male Enhancement Leads list, for geographic or trade directories, business directories, classified directories, classified advertising, or other compilation of information which is sold, rented, published, furnished or in any manner provided to a third party.
8. Confirm or deny knowledge of services provided by Male Enhancement Leads (and
its owners, affiliates, or employees) to Buyer to any third party.
9. Use or permit use, or in anyway contact, leads that have been deemed
uncallable (replaced) by Male Enhancement Leads due to Lead Replacement. Any products deemed "unusable", "uncallable", or "cancelled" according Male
Enhancement Leads are to be purged from all of your (Buyer's) systems upon
notification. |

Intellectual PropertyProduct names, logos, brands, and other trademarks featured or referred to within the MaleEnhancementLeads.com are the property of their respective trademark holders.
Disputes
This Agreement and any operating rules for Male Enhancement Leads Sites established by the
Company constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the
subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements
between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California
without regard to its conflict of laws rules. No waiver by either party of any
breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or
subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for

Except for the validity of the following arbitration clause and except for
claims based upon an alleged violation of Male Enhancement Leads’s trademark, copyright or
other intellectual property rights for which Male Enhancement Leads may seek injunctive or
other appropriate relief in any Federal or State Court located in Los Angeles
County, California, any claim, dispute or controversy (whether in contract,
tort, or otherwise, whether pre-existing, present or future, and including
statutory, common law, intentional tort and equitable claims) against Male Enhancement Leads, its agents, employees, successors, assigns or affiliates (collectively
for purposes of this paragraph, “Male Enhancement Leads”) arising from or relating to this
Agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof,
the relationships which result from this Agreement (including, to the full
extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not
signatories to this Agreement, relating in any way to your visit to this website
or to products you purchase through the Male Enhancement Leads, shall be submitted to
confidential arbitration shall be resolved exclusively and finally by
confidential binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration
Association in accordance with the Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any dispute regarding the jurisdiction of the
arbitrator or the scope of arbitration shall be adjudicated in a court of
competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles

parties agree that the arbitration shall be held in Los

award of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on each of the parties,
and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
